Refund & Dispute Policy

Overview

Freed Marek LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including custom platform development, web design, AI system integration, and strategic consulting. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and disputes are handled for all services rendered.

Service-Based Work

All engagements are scoped through a written agreement, proposal, or statement of work (SOW) prior to commencement. Because our services involve custom digital development and consulting, completed work is generally non-refundable once delivered and approved.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Services were not delivered as described in the signed agreement or SOW
• A project is canceled by Freed Marek LLC before completion
• Duplicate or erroneous charges were processed

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question by contacting us at hello@altoaxis.com.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Completed project milestones that have been reviewed and approved by the client
• Consulting hours that have been utilized
• Third-party costs (hosting, domains, software licenses) purchased on the client's behalf
• Discovery, strategy, or planning phases once deliverables have been provided

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or you are dissatisfied with work delivered, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.
