Freed Marek LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including custom platform development, web design, AI system integration, and strategic consulting. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and disputes are handled for all services rendered.
All engagements are scoped through a written agreement, proposal, or statement of work (SOW) prior to commencement. Because our services involve custom digital development and consulting, completed work is generally non-refundable once delivered and approved.
