Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy outlines the terms for canceling project engagements, service agreements, and any recurring or subscription-based arrangements with Freed Marek LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Project Engagements

Clients may request cancellation of a project engagement at any time by providing written notice to hello@altoaxis.com. The following terms apply:

  • Work completed up to the date of cancellation is billable and non-refundable
  • Any unused prepaid balance for unstarted milestones will be refunded within 14 business days
  • Third-party costs already incurred (e.g., hosting, domains, licenses) are non-refundable

Recurring & Subscription Services

For clients on monthly retainers, ongoing maintenance plans, or subscription-based services:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the next billing cycle
  • Services will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period
  • No partial-month refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle
  • Access to platforms, dashboards, or tools included in the service may be revoked at the end of the billing period

Early Termination

If a signed agreement or SOW includes a minimum commitment period, early termination may be subject to an early termination fee as specified in that agreement. We will discuss any applicable fees with you at the time of your cancellation request.
